The location
“Petit Durbuy” is located 2km from the center of the smallest city in the world, which is none other than Durbuy, in the Ardennes region. This charming “Villa Mosane” type house is large and spacious. It was built in the 19th century. Renovated between 2017 and 2019, it is fully functional, but retains an old side, which allows it to keep its charm and character.
Located in the hollow of the countryside, it is the ideal holiday home to spend some time with family or friends to unwind. You can enjoy the magnificent walks offered by this region with your 4-legged friends.
“Petit Durbuy” is located 1km from the “Adventure Valley” Park, offering many activities for young and old, but also for groups of all ages. The city center of Durbuy is also accessible on foot via the ravel along the Ourthe.
From the house, some commercial establishments are within walking distance: bakery, butcher, café-restaurant, snack bar, Night And Day.
The house
“Petit Durbuy” has a capacity of 8 people and extends over two floors and a finished basement. Garage and parking are also available on site.
In the basement, you will find a large room including: a new sauna, a ping-pong table, a darts board, a space for sports and a kicker. A washing machine, an individual toilet and a freezer are also within your reach in this finished basement.
On the ground floor, you will find an entrance hall where you can put your jackets and shoes. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a living room including a lounge with TV and a wood burning cassette, a dining room and a billiard table. You can enjoy free internet access.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with a shower cabin for two people.
The second floor has 2 bedrooms, as well as a small youth lounge with a console.
A private garden is also at your disposal. You can also enjoy a barbecue on the large wooden terrace overlooking part of the garden.
